The S2015 intelligent flash measurement instrument uses a φ150mm dual-field-of-view telecentric lens, combined with a medium-to-low angle annular light source and a bottom telecentric parallel light source, along with a high-resolution industrial-grade monochrome CMOS camera. Utilizing distortion and sub-pixel processing algorithms, in continuous measurement mode, simply pressing the measurement button allows the instrument to quickly match and measure the workpiece based on its shape without the need for positioning. It automatically performs measurements, evaluates the results, generates reports, and achieves one-button quick and accurate measurement. The S2015 single field of view offers a large range and high cost-effectiveness. It is suitable for measuring primarily flat parts with less stringent accuracy requirements, fewer surface dimensions, and no hole depth dimensions.
